Objectives
The project’s long term objective was to assist the Albanian Government in its fight against corruption. The project provided for a resident expert in Tirana who would offer on the spot technical assistance to the Permanent Anti-Corruption Unit operating under the Ministry of State of Albania. The scope of activities also included problem solving Workshops in Athens and Tirana, dissemination of comparative scientific material and close cooperation between the Permanent Unit and a team of anti-corruption experts in Athens. 

Implementing Institutions
The Centre for European Constitutional Law was responsible for the scientific co-ordination of the Project.
