January 1999 – July 1999

P.R.I.N.C.E. EC, D.G. X

The aim of this project was to inform European citizens on the changes that the Amsterdam Treaty would bring to their lives. For the implementation of this project public debates were broadcasted on Greek television (NET channel) and a three-day Conference was held in Athens. All events had extensive media coverage in order to reach and inform a wider audience. Target groups for the above activities were women, people of young age, journalists and decision-makers.

Implementing Institutions
The Centre for European Constitutional Law was responsible for the scientific co-ordination of the Project.
