Objectives
The programme aims to build a professional judicial system in Romania, by increasing the institutional capacity of the National Institute of Magistracy (NIM), allowing it to offer qualitative training to the Romanian judges and prosecutors. 

The achievement of the above aim will be fulfilled through the a) training of magistrates on various EU topics, b) multi-disciplinary teams on justice for minors further trained and c) NIM library endowed with legal documentation
