Prefecture of Magnisia, “Free wireless broadband access with sponsorship in the Perfecture of Magnesia”

Objectives
This empirical research aims to draw conclusions on the main parameters that determine the use of Internet by the average user at the Prefecture of Magnisia, the level of knowledge regarding wireless networks and mobile telephony and to assess the eventual fear of technology.
