Objectives
The project aimed to record the systems, which presented exemplary legislative procedures within the 15 member states of the E.U. and elaborate its results, in order to arise a plan proposal for the establishment of an observation system, which would provide for the best legislative procedures of the member-states.

The Centre for European Constitutional Law was responsible for the scientific co-ordination of the project
