Objectives
The project aims to upgrade the provision of services to citizens, as well as the local businesses, through the creation of an integrated platform which will enable a) citizens to have access through internet, mobile phones and SMS to employment opportunities, as well as opportunities to participate in training programs to enhance employment and self-employment, b) to local businesses to search for employees depending on their needs and to learn about existing programs. The Prefecture Portal to be developed under this project will be the entry point for all interested parties to the labor market and will constitute an integrated constantly evolving platform. The project includes Labor Market Needs Assessment in SE Magnesia, mapping of services and benefits for unemployed and socially marginalised groups, illustration of the structures of coordination and networking, a guide for individualized approach to the unemployed, training, design and operation of the portal.
