Objectives
The overall objective of the project is to assist the Georgian Government in undertaking reforms to: i) deepen its democratic process; ii) further develop a market economy and iii) facilitate approximation to European values and integration into European Union markets as per the Partnership and Co-operation Agreement (PCA) commitments, and the European Neighbouring Policy Action Plan (ENP AP) priorities, endorsed in November 2006. In the framework of the project the contractor will undertake economic and political analysis, promote exchanges of experience and information among Georgian Government and the other countries included in the ENP, develop and provide tailor made training programmes, support the Government on public information and communication policy organization
