Objectives
The project objective is to assess the compatibility of the Greek legislation with the ratio and the provisions of the Convention on the Rights of People with Disabilities and to formulate documented proposals for its alignment with it. The ultimate objective of this project is to elaborate a draft Framework Law on People with Disabilities in line with the UN Convention. The project includes the following actions: a) collecting national legislation relevant to the CRPD, b) assessing the compatibility of the legislation with the provisions of the Convention, c) elaborating proposals for the revision of legislation and developing a draft framework law on people with disabilities.
