Objectives
The project aims to strengthen the social role of the Prefecture through the creation of a model service for the coordination of institutions and programs. The project includes a) feasibility study for the creation of a model welfare service at the prefectural self-government level and b) study of alternative scenarios for implementing the new model of organization and welfare services in Prefectures with different demographic and social characteristics.
