Objectives
The programme aims to improve the administration and access to Justice, and more specifically to increase the transparency of the courts and the prosecutor offices activity in Romania. This will be achieved through the improvement of a) the public relations activity of public information offices and of auxiliary services of the courts and prosecutor offices, b) the relations between magistrates and litigants and c) the relations between judiciary and the mass media. The components for the fulfilment of the programme are the following i) training, ii) elaboration of practical guides, iii) evaluation iv) improving access to information.
