The Centre for European Constitutional Law, in collaboration with the University of Seville and three partner organisations from across Europe, is pleased to invite you to the Final Conference of the EU project EPHESUS – Promoting Fundamental Rights in (Post-)Pandemic Times in Cross-Border Proceedings (101138590 / JUST-2023-JCOO).
The Final Conference will take place on 19 January 2026 at the University of Seville, Spain (Enramadilla 18–20, 41018).
The conference will be held in English (without interpretation) and in a hybrid format, enabling participation from practitioners across Europe.
This event will provide an opportunity for legal and judicial practitioners to examine the current state of international judicial cooperation in criminal matters, with a particular focus on the use of the European Arrest Warrant and other key EU legal instruments of mutual trust and transnational cooperation.
