Raising Health Awareness And Preserving Human Rights Inside Prison (REWARD)

The European project “Raising Health Awareness and Preserving Human Rights Inside Prison (REWARD)” aims to assess and identify the informational needs of imprisoned people , as well as the training needs of correctional officers, in critical areas such as human rights, prison operations procedures, and the management of chronic illnesses and mental health disorders.

The project is being implemented by a transnational partnership consisting of the Domokos Correctional Facility, the Centre for European Constitutional Law – Themistocles and Dimitris Tsatsos Foundation, and the Nursing Services of Cyprus. It started in December 2024 and is expected to be completed in May 2026.
