{"id":18287,"date":"2025-04-29T14:39:00","date_gmt":"2025-04-29T11:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cecl.gr\/?p=18287"},"modified":"2025-07-21T14:41:28","modified_gmt":"2025-07-21T11:41:28","slug":"foster-training-needs-assessment-report","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cecl.gr\/en\/category-projects\/2025\/04\/29\/foster-training-needs-assessment-report\/","title":{"rendered":"FOSTER | Training Needs Assessment Report"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In the frame of the project <strong>FOSTER &#8211; Fostering Child-Friendly Legal Environments through collaborative networks,<\/strong> co-funded by the EU JUSTICE programme (project number 101160568), training needs assessment (TNA) of lawyers was successfully implemented, aiming at creating a justice system that is more child-friendly and strengthening the effectiveness of legal representation of child victims of crime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The TNA was conducted from September to December 2024 in four countries &#8211; Greece, Bulgaria, Hungary and Slovenia &#8211; and was based on literature review and field research. It included an analysis of national legal frameworks and practices with regard to child victim representation, as well as interviews and focus groups with a total of 105 legal professionals (lawyers, judicial officers) and other stakeholders (child protection professionals, health professionals, law enforcement authorities, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The research in Greece was coordinated by the Centre for European Constitutional Law &#8211; Tsatsos Foundation and the Society of Social Psychiatry P.
