Objectives<\/em>
The programme aimed at drawing up a preliminary draft of a legislative \u2013 regulatory text on the right to participate in the Information Society. To this end a team of experts was established. After studying and evaluating the existing normative and informative material and in correlation to the Constitution and EU Law in force, the team proceeded to drawing up the preliminary draft.<\/span><\/p>\n
